Escapade printanière à Strasbourg

18:00Sugar&Dinosaurs

To start the spring I wanted to bring you to Strasbourg for a springtime stroll. Last May we joined the family in Strasbourg for a nice weekend. I forgot to do an article on this trip, I have the folder with the photos on the desktop of my computer for months, I hesitated and then how not to make you enjoy this magnificent wisteria and these beautiful Half-timberings?

This was the second time I went to Strasbourg, the first time was in December a few years ago to see the Christmas market, so different moods. Our passage in the city was quick, only one day, but Philip and I loved the city, getting lost in the streets and admire the facades of Alsatian houses. We went window-shopping in front of the many bakeries that offered beautiful kouglof and I fell in love with the half-timbered houses. The district of la petite France is really beautiful, we are transported to another world.
On Sunday, before leaving we got an Alsatian brunch at Troquet des Kneckes. The unusual decor of this Bierstub immediately caught our eye, and we did well to stop it was a great meal.

Would you have any good tips for my next Strasbourg gateaway?

  1. Great photos of Strasbourg! I've been a couple of times and I loved it. Next time, maybe try Alsatian cuisine. You can have delicious tartes flambées there.
