Cinq choses que j'ai aimé dernièrement...

Five things that I liked lately...

1. Je suis enfin allé au café Bloom à Luxembourg. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce nouveau coffee shop ultra instagramable, il m'a rappelé les cafés que l'on retrouve à Montréal ou Amsterdam, très minimaliste. Philippe est tombé amoureux de leur carrot cake et moi j'ai adoré leur cake matcha - framboise, hmmm.

1. I finally went to Bloom Coffee Shop in Luxembourg. I really liked this new coffee shop very instagram friendly, it reminded me of the cafes that are found in Montreal or Amsterdam, very minimalist. Philippe fell in love with their carrot cake and I loved their cake matcha - raspberry, hmmm

2. Mon Tillandsia ionantha a fait deux fleurs, j'étais très étonnée qu'elle en fasse aussi tôt.

2. My Tillandsia Ionantha made two flowers, I was very surprised that it did this early.

3. On a testé le restaurant Mad about Peru à Dudelange pour la Saint Valentin, et on a adoré. Depuis que j'avais vu une revue de ce restaurant par Corie je n'avais qu'une envie c'était de le tester. On a pris le menu spécial Saint Valentin, et c'était excellent, ça change vraiment des restaurants qu'on a l'habitude de voir au Luxembourg (burger, sushi ou pizza).

3. We tested the restaurant Mad about Peru in Dudelange for Valentine's Day, and loved it. Since I had seen a review of this restaurant by Corie I had one wish, to test it. We had the special Valentine's menu, and it was excellent, it really changes from the restaurants we usually see in Luxembourg (burger, sushi or pizza).

 4. Le mois dernier j'ai fêté mon anniversaire avec les potes et c'était génial. Tous les ans à l'approche de mon anniversaire je me demande si je le fête ou pas, et puis Philippe est toujours là pour me dire "aller on fait truc" et je passe toujours une très bonne soirée au final. Cette année mon anniversaire a été un peu spécial, et j'ai passé une soirée magique. Merci les copains, je vous love :)

4. Last month I celebrated my birthday with friends and it was great. Every year on the approach of my birthday I wonder if I celebrate it or not, and then Philippe is always there to tell me "let's do something" and I always spend a very good evening in the end. This year my birthday was a little special, and I spent a magical evening. Thank you buddies, I love you :)

5. Dernièrement on est allé voir Split, le dernier film de Night Shyamalan. C'est un réalisateur que j'aime beaucoup et j'avais vu la bande annonce de film il y a quelques mois et j'attendais ça avec impatience. En gros c'est l'histoire des 3 jeunes filles enlevées par Kevin un schizophrène qui a 23 personnalités. James McAvoy est bluffant dans ce role, on voit vraiment la différence de personnalité dans sa façon de bouger, de se tenir, de parler, ... C'est une sacré performance.

 5. Recently we went to see Split, the latest movie by Night Shyamalan. He is a director whom I like very much and I had seen the movie trailer a few months ago and I was looking forward to it. Basically it's the story of the 3 young girls abducted by Kevin a schizophrenic who has 23 personalities. James McAvoy is amazing in this role, we really see the difference in personality in his way to move, to stand, to speak, ... It is a great performance.
